Betty embarked on her real estate journey in the early 2000s, working for a renowned real estate firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She swiftly made her mark, developing a robust business network and nurturing enduring relationships. Her career took a new turn in 2014 when she joined The Steven Pagan Team as a sales associate in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This move diversified her business, enabling her to cover multiple markets in Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey, as well as Eastern Pennsylvania. Soon after, she took the helm of the team's Pennsylvania division.
