Steven started his career in the real estate industry in 2010 in Southern New Jersey as a Sales Associate for a local regional real estate company.  While establishing himself in the real estate industry and developing a book of business by networking and building long lasting relationships, Steven took the time to self-develop himself and earned nationally recognized credentials from the National Association of REALTORS® including all four credentials from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).  Steven felt that just obtaining his real estate license wasn’t enough and that the success of his business will rely on educating himself in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Shortly after his first year in the industry, Steven moved to a nationally known brand and established The Steven Pagan Team and diversified his business to cover multiple markets in Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey.  In 2014 Steven expanded into Pennsylvania by establishing a second team and branching out to markets in Eastern Pennsylvania.  In 2016, Steven expanded his operations to Puerto Rico and founded The Borinquen Property Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico which provides real estate services on the entire island of Puerto Rico.
Over the years, Steven has held many leadership roles at the Local, State and National level and currently serves as the Immediate President of Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), the largest affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® with over 47,000 members worldwide. Steven is also a national instructor and a frequent speaker at real estate industry and leadership events.  Steven is regularly mentioned and listed as a top real estate industry leader and an award-winning real estate professional and REALTORS® including but not limited to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 list as the Number 2 Latino Agent in the United States in sales and production; Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent for the last seven years in the row and New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence just to name a few.
